On November 18, 2025 Professor Dogdurbek Chontoev, Rector of Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, met with a delegation from the Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA), consisting of Mr. Ju Hyun Lee, Director of International Cooperation, Ms. Ha Eun Kim, Assistant Manager, and Mr. Jae Hyun, Patent Attorney. The meeting was also attended by R.A. Kasymbekov, Director General of the Center for Innovative Agricultural Technologies.
The parties discussed the results of a project to disseminate hydroponic technologies in a greenhouse located in the KNU Botanical Garden.
KNU leadership expressed gratitude to their Korean partners for their support, initiatives, and high level of cooperation, which have provided opportunities to expand scientific activities, implement new technologies, train young specialists, and develop international scientific cooperation.
