On February 27, 2025 as part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of KNU, a grand opening of a research center dedicated to the scientific heritage of Doctor of Philology, Professor Baktygul Borbievna Narynbaeva was held at the Kyrgyz-Chinese Institute (KCI)
The event was attended by Vice-Rector for Research Mirlan Dyldaev, Director of KCI Sofya Apaeva, colleagues and students of the professor, as well as teachers and staff of the institute.
Vice-Rector for Research of KNU Prof. Dyldaev M.M. emphasized that the creation of the center is an important step in realizing the scientific potential of the university and the whole country, which meets the strategic objectives of the development of higher education and science in Kyrgyzstan.
In her speech, Director of KCI Apaeva S. K. emphasized that Professor B.B. Narynbaeva is a scientist who not only made a significant contribution to the science of Kyrgyzstan but also played a significant role in the development of scientific and educational programs of KCI. Her professional path and scientific works have become an example for many generations of students and young researchers. I would also like to remind you that Professor Narynbaeva Baktygul Borbievna is the only Doctor of Philology in French in Kyrgyzstan, which makes her contribution to the development of domestic science especially valuable.
Particular attention in the speeches was paid to the importance of the center for future generations. The new research center will become a platform for young scientists and specialists, creating a bridge between generations of researchers. It will contribute to the development of scientific schools, attracting grants and investments in scientific projects, as well as strengthening international cooperation in the field of humanities.
In conclusion, Professor Narynbaeva B.B. thanked all those present, noted the importance of scientific research for each educator and called on young people to actively engage in research activities, adding: “Just touch science once, and it will captivate you forever.”
