On September 29, 2025 computer equipment from Keimyung University of South Korea arrived at the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn. Among them are 43 modern computers and 9 interactive panels.
The equipment was delivered as part of the seven-year LUPUC project, which is being implemented jointly by the Kyrgyz National University and Keimyung University, in order to strengthen academic cooperation, expand opportunities for students and teachers, and create a modern digital educational environment.
The ceremony of receiving the equipment was attended by the Rector of the National University, Professor Dogdurbek Chontoev, Hhead of the Department of International Cooperation and Relations Baktybek Keldibekov, Director of the Institute of History and Regional Studies Alymbek Kushubekov, Director of the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science Izat Usenov, Director of the Institute of Computer Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Amantur Ryspaev, and Head of the Rectorate Dooron Kubatbek uulu.
