In the framework of the development of international cooperation and strengthening of academic ties, with the assistance of the Department of International Cooperation and Relations, KNU students were given the opportunity to study at leading universities in South Korea in the spring semester of 2025 under the academic mobility program.
Currently, 18 KNU students are successfully studying at the following universities:
- Chonbuk National University — 11 students;
- Hanbat National University — 5 students;
- Pai Chai University — 2 students.
The students represent various faculties and institutes of KNU.
- Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL)
- Kyrgyz European Economic Faculty (KEF)
- Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science (IMCS)
- Institute of Computer Technology and Artificial Intelligence (ICTAI)
- Faculty of Geography, Ecology and Tourism (FGET)
- Faculty of Biology (FB)
- Faculty of International Relations and Oriental Studies (FIROS).
This academic student exchange program is aimed at expanding academic horizons, sharing experience and knowledge, and strengthening cultural and educational ties between KNU and universities in South Korea. KNU students have the opportunity to study advanced disciplines, participate in international projects, and immerse in a new cultural environment, which contributes to their professional and personal growth.
KNU continues to actively work on expanding international ties, providing its students and teachers with opportunities for academic mobility and integration into the global educational space.
