From August 15 to 18, 2025 the 3rd World International Conference of the Chinese Language Teachers Alliance “International Chinese Language and its Future” was held in Singapore, organized by East China Normal University (Shanghai) jointly with the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
The event was attended by leading scholars and experts in the field of Chinese language and literature from the UK, USA, Canada, Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries.
Central Asia was represented at the forum by teachers from Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn: Associate Professor Apaeva S.Kh., PhD Doctor Moldobaeva A.Z.
During the Conference, the participants discussed current trends and prospects for the development of the Chinese language in the world, issues of teaching methods, got acquainted with the features of the Singaporean educational system, as well as the experience of integrating the Chinese language into the curricula of various countries.
