On June 11, 2025 the Rector of the Kyrgyz National University (KNU), Professor Dogdurbek Chontoev met with the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic Nazgul Usenova.
In her speech, N. Usenova expressed gratitude to the Rector of the KNU Dogdurbek Chontoev for supporting the initiative of the Ministry of Energy and assisting in the successful implementation of the program for training the ministry’s employees in English and Chinese. The Deputy Minister noted that such educational projects contribute to strengthening the human resources potential of the industry and serve as an example of effective interaction between government agencies and the academic community for the benefit of sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan.
Further, Nazgul Zhorobekovna presented letters of gratitude to representatives of the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn as follows: Director of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Institute of KNU Apaeva S.Kh., as well as teachers of the institute, PhD Toksonalieva A.M. and Narynbek kyzy Saadat.
As a reminder, from February 5 to April 30, 2025 employees of the Ministry of Energy took intensive courses in English and Chinese, aimed at improving professional competencies and developing international cooperation. The classes were taught by teachers of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Institute of KNU, PhD Toksonalieva A.M. and Narynbek kyzy Saadat.
