On April 10, 2026 Mr. Nicolas Faye, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Kyrgyzstan, paid an official visit to Kyrgyz National University. The delegation also included Ms. Greta Tilloy-Komur, the new Regional Attaché for Educational and University Cooperation.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the Rector, during which the parties discussed prospects for developing bilateral cooperation.
The guests also visited the university library, where they learned about its infrastructure, educational resources, and facilities for students and faculty. The meeting was held in an informative and friendly atmosphere, confirming mutual interest in further developing cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and France in higher education.
