On March 6, 2026 the Rector of the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, Professor Dogdurbek Chontoev congratulated the noble women of the university on March 8 \u2013 International Women\u2019s Day. The festive event was organized for female professors and teachers in the civil service aged 75-80 who have worked fruitfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dogdurbek Chontoev, presenting flowers and small gifts to the honored women, thanked all the women at the event for their fruitful contribution to the development of the National University, and said, \u201cYou are representatives of the older generation who have educated thousands of students and guided them on their life path. Today, your hard work, dedication, professionalism and humanity are an example for the younger generation. Your deep knowledge and spiritual wealth are a great resource for our university. I wish you good health and long life!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the festive meeting, the Vice-rector for state language and language policy Nazarkul Ishekeev, Vice-rector for investments Gulbara Sydykova, Vice-rector for regional issues Kunduzgul Bazakeyeva, and the Chairman of the joint professional union committee Kubanychbek Zhumabekov spoke about the fact that the honored women of the university are still working tirelessly and are witnesses to the work being done at the university, noting that the role of the elderly in science, family, and education of society is enormous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The women\u2019s community expressed gratitude to Rector Dogdurbek Chontoev and the vice-rectors, for having specially invited them and paid tribute to, and noted that each of their careers, successes, great scientific achievements, and distinguished students are directly linked with KNU, and that they are now among the honored teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
